Commercial and industrial energy storage is moving beyond simple self-consumption. Projects may need to manage solar production, respond to changing electricity prices, provide backup power and make better use of existing PV assets.
In this pv magazine Webinar, Sigenergy will look at how different C&I applications call for different system architectures, from PV-only systems and DC-coupled storage to AC-coupled retrofits and backup configurations.
The session will also examine how AI-based energy management can be used across these systems for functions including dynamic pricing response, battery dispatch and automated diagnostics.
Sigenergy will draw on project examples, including a Portuguese installation using 1.2 MW of Sigen Energy Gateway paired with 840 kWh battery storage capacity for backup and peak management, alongside experience from partners in Poland using dynamic pricing strategies. practical examples of AI-driven dynamic tariff management and energy trading opportunities from the Polish market.
