About
Recent discussions about a "resilience bonus" for EU-manufactured PV modules have highlighted the challenges of regaining lost ground once expertise and production capacity have shifted to Asia.

In contrast, inverter manufacturers are in a more favorable position today. Many have used Asian facilities primarily as a supplement and are now emphasizing their products' European origins. Kaco New Energy, for example, is introducing the new blueplanet 100 NX3 / 125 NX3 commercial inverter series, developed and manufactured entirely in Germany.

In this pv magazine Webinar, we'll discuss the advantages of this approach with Ronak Shah, head of sales Europe, and Stephan Margeth, head of sales MEA Asiaat at Kaco New Energy. In addition to environmentally friendly manufacturing and greater resilience against supply chain disruptions, there'll be highlights on data security and customer proximity as key benefits. In addition, the technological advantages of the new devices will be discussed: for instance, the power electronics are based on silicon carbide, offering exceptionally high efficiency. Additionally, derating, the reduction in power output at high temperatures, is significantly reduced.

Webinar Agenda:

• The difference between "Made in Germany" products and standard products
• Sustainability and security
• The new blueplanet 100 NX3 / 125 NX3 commercial inverters
• Silicon carbide technology, efficiency, and derating information
• Q&A session
