The solar sector is seeing growth across all areas, and facade-mounted solar PV systems are seeing growth as larger modules, falling prices, and higher-efficiencies boost outcomes and see rapid returns on investment.

Facade-mounted solar PV systems also offer a number of advantages for owners and developers, including adding application areas to existing buildings with varying structures, and more.

In addition, facade-mounted solar PV systems can be installed on buildings with both large faces with useful orientation, along with rooftop systems, such as commercial buildings, or limited rooftop space. Finally, through innovation in the area, installation costs are falling as the industry finds new easier options for mounting PV systems.
