Stephen Spence is Managing Director and co-owner of Project Map It, based in Maryland. He became an owner in 2018 after spending 20 years as a Special Education teacher and coaching lacrosse for over two decades. Alongside his leadership at PMI, Steve continues to serve his community—on and off the field.

Before PMI, I was a four-year starter and team captain at Ferrum College, graduating in 2022.
