About This Webinar

The Math and Taxpayer Help Act was passed in December 2025 and will require the IRS to provide clarity when issuing notices and letters. We will discuss the details of the act. One Big Beautiful Bill Act was signed into law on July 4, 2025. OBBBA made significant changes by making permanent many of the provisions of TCJA. We will discuss the IRS guidance published after November 2025 so practitioners have the latest guidance for preparing 2025 tax returns.
