Frank Westerbeke joined Gadabout SalonSpas as one of the first employees hired by founder Pam McNair-Wingate, who would eventually become his mother-in-law. Together with Pam and Jana, Frank helped weave the vision and philosophy that Gadabout represents in the Tucson community. In 2005, Pam entrusted her vision for Gadabout to Frank and Jana, who have since enhanced the company's culture. They lead their organization based on three core values: education, professionalism, and community. One of Frank's most significant accomplishments as a business owner is creating a culture where the team gives back to the community and the industry. Frank is described as a selfless parent, a powerful business partner, and a mentor who is leaving his mark on the business community. He is also a board member of Intercoiffure America Canada and is passionate about elevating the beauty industry.
