Ouidad
Nikki has been with Ouidad for over 5 years and a curly girl her whole life! As Director of Business Development, she oversees our NYC & LA Flagship Salons, our partner Flagship Salon in Fort Lauderdale, our Direct Salon B2B business, and is a contributing voice to the Education Department.

Her career in the beauty world began as a Salon Owner at the age of 28 and quickly evolved over to the Cosmetic side. As a trained makeup artist by Bobbi Brown, her first makeup job was working NY Fashion week. After working as a Regional Artist for CHANEL, she moved into the role of Education Executive for Yves Saint Laurent cosmetics conducting brand induction classes and seasonal seminars all over the country.

Coming back to the hair side over 5 years ago seemed effortless and intuitive as the texture movement was on the rise and something, she has embraced most of her life.

She loves the Ouidad motto “Let Curls Be Curls” and thinks that Curls won’t be going anywhere anytime soon.
