    Paula began her career as a salon professional behind the chair in salons in Boston and Beverly Hills after discovering it was her passion to transform artistic visions into wearable looks within her hands the next step was to create the right products to transform hair. Paula has been a leader in beauty for 25 + years, in addition to working across the portfolio as Education Sr. Manager and within Research and Development. This experience has provided Paula with a great understanding on what delights stylist and consumers.

    Paula has received numerous global achievement awards for her work across the US and European stylists in France, Germany, and UK, having a rich background in education and platform work it has been instrumental in her current work in new product innovation. To stay connected to the stylist community, Paula continues to motivate stylist around the world and is currently Sr. Manager R&D Product Development in Los Angeles. Paula’s inspiration comes from nature, as she loves to be near the mountains and ocean to help her bring clarity to her work
