About
“What do you do?”

At Business Matters, the business network I am a member of, we get a 90-second opportunity to introduce ourselves.

I did my thing and afterward, Malcolm Lips, also a member, came to me with a few questions. Just one question asked a few times.

Mal: “What do you do?

Me: “I help people who use Microsoft Outlook to save 40 minutes a day.”

Mal: “No you don’t. What do you do?”

Me: “I help people live happy, productive, fulfilling lives.”

Mal: “No you don’t. What do you do?”

This went on for quite a while. And we had a follow-up conversation. That changed my perspective fundamentally about what I was doing.

Mal helped me to say hello to myself in a different way. I was the same, but I was different. He gave me confidence. How I presented myself to people has changed and they looked upon me in a different light.

I realized that I am not “just” a training provider to companies. Rather, I collaborate with Learning and Development specialists to raise the strategic profile of their division in their business. And by collaborating with them to ensure successful productivity-improvement initiatives I help raise their personal and professional profile not only in their organisation but also externally.

Good news!

I've persuaded Mal to join me on Tuesday 12 December for an interactive 17-minute webinar on the topic of “What do you do?”

Not as a dry academic presentation, but to interact in real-time with you and two other people and ask “What do you do?” and let things happen from there.

Like me, you will immediately get a different perspective of the real impact you are having in your professional environment.

I would love for you to be one of Mal’s guests.

To be one of the three, CLICK HERE to send me an email with a short explanation of why you would like Mal to chat with you for 4 – 5 minutes on Tuesday.

If you just want to observe the magic happening, just register now.

Looking forward!
