Why is this an important topic?

In the era of Covid, the number of daily active MS Teams users has increased from 145 million to 250 million. Teams is becoming the ubiquitous tool to help work teams stay in touch and productive even while working remotely. It helps them to collaborate effectively.

During this time Richard de Villiers has become very knowledgeable about and skilful in the everyday productive use of MS Teams.
