To talk about habits and how habits help us improve our life is indeed a common thing - maybe even over-used.  But have we put it into practice?

Let's explore the essence and value of habits and how we can create productivity habits - if we want to.

We need three things to form and sustain a habit. We must know WHAT to do, HOW to do it, and WANT to do it.

At the beginning of 2022, let's add WHY. The WANT and the WHY are related. Would you agree that without a WHY the rest do not really matter?

I find the Tiny Habit method of B J Fogg very useful and will share some examples with you.
