    Mary Beth Levin, MPH, is the Manager of Social Media Strategy and Analytics for the United States Postal Service, part of the Digital Communications team at USPS. The two teams under her tent are Social Media Editorial and the Social Business Intelligence program. The editorial team manages 18 accounts on 6 platforms, as well as the employe social media ambassador program. This program is the first in the federal government. The role of the Social Business Intelligence team is to take a 360 view of what is being said for brand protection, crisis mitigation, and how to improve products and services. The team takes quantitative and qualitative data from traditional and social media and translates it into an accessible and engaging narrative to drive leadership decisions. Ms. Levin has been a featured speaker at a number of national webinars and conferences. She has also won numerous awards, most recently PR News Person of the Year for Data and Measurement.
