Tammy Erickson is a world-leading expert on the changing workforce. Her work is focused on generational differences in the workplace, and how organisations can engage the hearts and minds of their employees.

She is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the London Business School, McKinsey Award-winning author, and a widely respected expert on organisations and the changing workforce.

Her research is focused on the changing demographics and employee values and, most recently, how successful organisations innovate through collaboration. At the London Business School, she has designed and co-directs the school’s premier leadership program, Leading Businesses into the Future, for senior-most executives.
