About
As people return to the office, we are shifting away from remote work and back to in-person collaboration. However, we need not see this as a binary choice. This week's speaker thinks there is immense potential in a hybrid work culture.

Lynda Gratton, a world-leading thinker on HR and professor at London Business School, will be joining us to share her groundbreaking ideas on how we can utilise the hybrid culture to benefit all stakeholders. While working remotely inevitably has some shortfalls, some roles and people thrive in this environment.

To be successful in the future of work, companies must realise these benefits and idiosyncratic preferences of their workforce. By doing so, companies can unleash innovation and productivity so far unimagined in an office environment.

Filled with specific actionable insights and interactive tools, this Global Masterclass will help you as a business leader succeeding in the new hybrid culture.
