We offer low interest loans of up to $15,000.00 to help to skilled immigrants and refugees achieve career success in Canada. Applicants must be Permanent Residents, Canadian Citizens, or Protected Persons with Convention Refugee Status.

Sidney Coles
Manager of Key Partnerships, Windmill Microlending
Sidney Coles is the Manager of Key Partnerships at Windmill Microlending. Prior to joining Windmill, she was a gender equity consultant and worked in the public, private and not for profit sectors. As a consultant, she worked in Ethiopia, Benin, Turkey and virtually in Mongolia. She also worked briefly as a Project Manager for Doctors without Borders (MSF) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She is currently doing her PhD at the Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto and is keenly interested in supporting immigrants and refugees to Canada through her current role.
