Dr. White serves as a Technology Manager at NETL where he manages three research and development programs related to fossil energy applications on behalf of the Department of Energy. These include: High Performance Materials, Water Management, and Energy Storage. These activities serve to accelerate R&D progress and develop concepts and technologies that enable improvements in fossil-based power generation, including its workforce and supply chain, and the electricity grid and markets with which generation assets must integrate. He holds degrees in Materials Science & Engineering from Alfred University (BS), the University of Florida (MS, PhD), and the Univ. of Rome (PhD) with an emphasis on solid-state high-temperature electrochemical devices.

Supervisor of Emerging Technologies at Orlando Utilities Commission
Justin Kramer is the Supervisor for Emerging Technologies for OUC. He leads a team of engineers who research and demonstrate new and cutting-edge technologies to advance OUC's efforts in providing affordable, clean and reliable energy to their customers. Justin is leading an effort to develop real-time situational awareness of grid operations to reduce the effects of High Penetration PV on traditional generation dispatch and increase the portfolio of dispatchable assets. Previously, Justin was a Professional Engineer at RCI Engineering, Inc., an engineering firm specializing in design engineering and project management for a range of engineering projects. Projects including concentrating solar thermal driven Organic Rankine Cycle pilot, off-grid hydrogen research facility, distilleries, and all types of buildings and power systems all over the world. Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University. While at FSU, he was the project manager for the Energy and Sustainability Center and developed expertise in Hydrogen Combustion, Building Efficiency, Solar Thermal, Fuel Cell, Electrolysis and PV technologies.

Justin Schnegelberger manages the Development Department within Burns & McDonnell’s Energy Division. Mr. Schnegelberger’ s team specializes in project development beginning in the early stages of resource planning through equipment and construction contract negotiations. In this role, Justin leads a team of engineers focusing on technology evaluation and assessment, feasibility evaluation, project scoping, conceptual design, performance and technical optimization and evaluation, and economic evaluation, This includes a strong understanding of current market trends and drivers, and in particular, those impacting the gas fired generation industry.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing – Americas at Nel Hydrogen
Steve is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nel Hydrogen, with more than 30 years of technical and business development experience in the fields of specialty chemicals and hydrogen system solutions. In this role, he manages all sales efforts in North and South America for Nel’s Electrolyzer Division. In addition to leading sales of Nel’s PEM and alkaline electrolyzer technology, Steve manages Nel’s international Navy submarine business segment. His previous experience includes several years as an engineer in the PEM electrolyzer business unit at United Technologies. In this position, he focused on the development of PEM electrolyzer technology for space and defense applications. After moving into technical sales and sales management at Buckman Laboratories for 9 years, Steve joined Nel to support the commercialization and market development efforts for its PEM electrolyzer technology. Since then, he has held various management positions of increasing responsibility at Nel over the past 20 years. In addition to his primary responsibilities, Steve also serves on the Board of Directors and as Vice Chair of the California Hydrogen Business Council, as a Board Member and Secretary of the Ammonia Energy Association, and as Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Hydrogen Fuel Cell Coalition. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
