  • About
As issues of hate grow in prominence in the world, hate is also increasing within our schools. How can we help our students to raise questions about hate, find answers to those questions, and think about what hate means to them as growing, caring citizens of the world? This important webinar, led by author-educators Dr Andrew B Campbell (Dr ABC) and Larry Swartz, will illustrate how you can confront hate and disrupt discrimination as you deepen students’ understanding of social justice, diversity, and equity. Andrew and Larry will explore vital ways to make the classroom a safe space in which to encourage, begin, and sustain brave conversations. They will share tools that you can use to help your students fight back against hate and take action against injustice. Their aim is to provide a range of strategies and resources that will encourage students to openly share thoughts and feelings, and better understand their power to stop the hate.
