    Alexandra Lutz joined EQT in 2019 as the Head of Digital Growth, US where she helps identify and execute trajectory-changing growth opportunities across EQT’s global portfolio of companies with an emphasis on go-to-market, product and service innovation and customer experience transformation.

    Prior to joining EQT, she was the Chief Strategy Officer at Huge (an IPG agency) where she led the Business Transformation practice, working with clients in CPG, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Industrials and Retail to operationalize their innovation strategies, establish new businesses and new products and re-imagine their existing ones. Earlier in her career, Alexandra was a startup executive at Food52 (backed by Lerer Ventures) and CollegeHumor (an IAC company) and a management consultant.

    Alexandra has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

    Chris Satchell
    Operating Principal Technology & Digital @ Clayton Dubilier & Rice
    Mr Satchell joined CD&R in 2020. Prior to CD&R, he spent twenty-five years in software and technology industries spanning five different CXO roles. Most recently, Mr Satchell served as CTO of Zume Inc, building AI, logistics and robotic systems to improve sustainability in the food supply chain. Prior to Zume, he served as chief product officer and head of consumer engineering at Comcast, responsible for product, design, and technology for consumer video, high speed data/Wi-Fi, IoT, and home security. Previously, Mr Satchell was CTO of Nike, helping to build their digital and direct-to-consumer businesses, and CTO and EVP of R&D for IGT, the global leader in casino systems and entertainment. He started his executive career at Microsoft where he helped to build and ship Xbox 360 and was CTO of the interactive entertainment business.

    Mr. Satchell has a B.Sc. (Hons), computing, D.I.S., from Loughborough University.

    Daniel Adamson
    Senior Managing Director @ Wafra | President @ Capital Constellation
    Daniel Adamson is a Senior Managing Director and serves on Wafra’s Management Advisory Committee. Mr. Adamson leads Wafra’s efforts in business and product development, building financial and strategic solutions for sovereign investors and pension funds. He is also the President of Capital Constellation, a joint venture between asset owners in Europe, North America and the Middle East, investing in the next generation of alternatives managers.

    Previously, Mr. Adamson held senior positions at Ares Management and Bridgewater Associates. He began his career at McKinsey & Company.

    Mr. Adamson earned a BA, summa cum laude, from Yale University, an MPhil in Politics from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar and a JD from the Yale Law School. He currently serves on the External Advisory Board for Strategic Investment Funds at the World Bank.

    Simon is focussed on weaving the skills and methods of data science with the private equity investment lifecycle to deliver a consistent and differentiated approach.

    Simon’s career in applied data started more than 25 years ago. He was a Co-Founder and Chief Executive of QuantumBlack, an analytics firm with its roots in Formula 1. QuantumBlack was acquired by McKinsey & Co, and now has a global presence helping leading organisations improve operational performance through advanced analytics. Simon started his career at Reuters in product management and then moved to ABN AMRO in Amsterdam. In due course he progressed to building technology companies. WovenLight is the fourth firm Simon has helped set up. Two others sold. One failed.

    Ilja Hauerhof

    Ilja Hauerhof is EMEA’s Private Equity Segment Lead in Product & Market Development. Ilja is responsible for driving the region’s business strategy, identifying growth opportunities and new solutions based on evolving customer requirements and emerging industry trends. Ilja is also the point person for the division’s private equity-focused thought leadership publications. He joined S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2012. Ilja holds a degree in Economics from the University of Regensburg, Germany and is fluent in English, German and Russian.
