Joe Sumray is Product Lead at Kato and brings 9 years of experience at the intersection of commercial real estate data and technology. Having spent over 8 years with EG, Joe developed a deep understanding of how agents and surveyors use data and the challenges they face in extracting value from it. Alongside working on EG Radius, Joe also spent significant time understanding the complexities of connecting CRE data and led the team to develop an industry-first Property Graph, offering the most unified view of the CRE market. He built on this knowledge by exploring its applications across agency, investment, rating, and valuation. Today at Kato, Joe is leveraging those lessons to build Atlas, a new data-sharing platform designed to provide trusted, real-time CRE data. He is recognised as an expert in data-sharing models for the industry, with a clear perspective on what works and what doesn’t.
