Who knows how many training systems and tools are used across the DOD? Yet with the push toward a synthetic training environment, the need to gather and analyze longitudinal training and performance data across a multitude of training systems is becoming a more critical need. In this webinar, we will visit with members of the team behind STEEL-R (Synthetic Training Environment Experiential Learning for Readiness). STEEL-R provides a model for establishing a common data interoperability layer that could result in data traceability, evidence-based training decisions, and substantial reduction of manual data collection. STEEL-R is an example of the application of Learning Engineering, which was discussed in the June Tech Connect Webinar.
