Charles “Brad” Harkey

Sr. Product Line Manger - Cloud Solutions

Brad has been with NOV for 14 years. He started as a drilling optimization engineer using data from downhole drilling dynamics tools to help operators meet their operational goals. He became Product Line Manager for NOV’s downhole drilling dynamics measurement tools and later managed the development of software that leveraged drilling data to improve operational decision making, including closed loop control applications. Brad assumed his current role in 2021 where he manages the development including WellData 4.0™, Drilling Beliefs and Analytics (DBA), and cloud to cloud data connectors. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Jessica Gamboa

Product Owner - Drilling Software Applications

Jessica has more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She started her career working offshore in the Gulf of Mexico and in the North Sea monitoring for well control. Since joining NOV, she has worked in our 24/7 real-time monitoring center assisting operators in making quick decisions to optimize drilling. Jessica joined Product Line in 2020 and has contributed to the development process of Welldata 4.0™ and Drilling Beliefs and Analytics (DBA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geosciences from Texas A&M University.

Customer Success Manager

Grayling has more than a decade of experience working in the oil and gas industry. He has developed a strong set of skills that combines technical knowledge with a dedication to customer success. Currently, he works as a Customer Success Manager at NOV, a significant player in the oil and gas industry. He uses his expertise to increase client satisfaction and drive business growth. He collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and has implemented innovative solutions to make projects more efficient and streamline workflows.
