Being customer focused, investing in customer success, and using information collected from the field in order to improve our products is Gary’s primary motivation.

Mitch is a Technical Support Specialist with several years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic in the aftermarket group for NOV's coiled tubing and nitrogen equipment. By applying a wealth of manufacturing, repair, and maintenance knowledge, Mitch helps strategically troubleshoot issues alongside other engineers and colleagues, leading to reliable machinery and customer satisfaction. Hands-on experience with equipment in the field gives Mitch a practical background for making suggestions and recommendations to customers.
