Travis has more than a decade of well intervention and business development expertise that was acquired while successfully leading teams at Halliburton and Superior Energy (previously IPS). He brings a fresh perspective to NOV as a result of his experience with managing technical sales and operations in a coiled tubing service company. Travis holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Texas at Tyler and has also completed advanced business leadership courses at the Texas A&M Mays Business School in College Station.
John Pursell
Technical Product Advisor
John began his 33+ years of oilfield service experience in coiled tubing after receiving his B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. John began his career in Lafayette, LA before moving to Houston and then Anchorage, back to Houston then on to Bartlesville, OK in his 13 years with Camco/Schlumberger. A four-year stint at Precision Tube (now Tenaris Coiled Tubes) in Houston followed. John worked for IPS/SPN Well Services in Houston for 16 years where he led the engineering and operational teams before joining the CTES team at NOV. Along with the engineering, mentoring, and leadership roles, John has been involved in technical sales as well as many special projects including coiled tubing drilling in Alaska and the Texas panhandle; coiled tubing deployed electric submersible pumps in the Middle East, and coiled tubing fracturing in West Texas.

Business Development Manager
Noah has been with NOV for 2 years. He is the Business Development Manager, where he provides solutions by leveraging technology to enable NOV’s customers to achieve consistent results in the field with better documentation that drives down their operating costs. Noah has a strong background in coiled tubing services. Throughout his career, Noah has focused on advancing and championing the use of technology to drive more cost-effective, efficient, and safer intervention operations.
