About the event
What will the future of nutrition look like? Excessive consumption of meat, ethically questionable animal farming and a growing global population are immense challenges and severely drive climate change.
Planted is a spin-off of ETH Zürich and produces sustainable meat from plants. They represent healthy nutrition without the killing of animals. Planted produces protein-containing alternatives to chicken and recently added a vegan chicken-kebab to their product assortment.

About the speaker
Pascal Bieri is Co-Founder of Planted and an alumnus of HSG. He introduces us to the history and mission behind Planted and sheds light on a sustainable, young start-up.
