Joshua Falter enjoys helping individuals through their retirement and guiding them through the questions that arise throughout the process.

Joshua is a financial professional who can offer both insurance and investment products and services. He graduated from Missouri Western School of Business, where he majored in business and minored in finance. He later joined forces with his father Mark and brother Caleb as the third advisor at Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group. Joshua plays a large role both inside and outside Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group, representing the firm and overseeing its charitable endeavors throughout the year.

When he is not working to better the physical and financial lives of our clients, Joshua is away on missionary work, ministering to the bodies and souls of our local and global communities.

Mark Falter has been helping clients build and preserve their wealth for more than 35 years. Having worked with seniors for most of his career, Mark is acutely aware of the challenges facing retirees today. He created Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group Inc. as a financial management firm in Kansas City that specializes in helping retirees and pre-retirees pursue their financial goals and dreams through asset management, tax strategies and estate planning.

With a strong belief in the principle of “doing unto others as you would have them do unto you,” Mark attributes the majority of his success to making decisions that are in the best interests of his clients and always striving to put their needs first.

Mark is an accomplished speaker and has been featured on the Fox Business channel as a guest speaker. He is dedicated to informing the community through his weekly radio show, “The Retirement Income Hour,” and by hosting workshops on topics related to conservative financial alternatives.
