In 2017, the MSF MCHub Oslo team, commissioned an impact study of how mentoring supports the personal and professional development of MSF Field Managers and contributes more broadly to the strategic priorities of the MCHub. It is hoped the study will inform the ongoing monitoring of MCHub’s mentoring programme and provide a framework and model from which other Operational Centres can implement and adapt to evaluate mentoring impact/s.
The webinar will provide an update on the first phase of the longitudinal mentoring impact evaluation project. Specifically, the webinar will provide an update on mentee, mentor and key stakeholder participation, Phase 1 findings and themes, including challenges and opportunities to engage in Phase 2. Webinar attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and identify points of clarification and further consideration for Phase 2, launching in September 2018.
