City Infield Forum 2020: Future of the Church in Australia

City Infield, an initiative of social research agency McCrindle, is launching new research exploring the future of the Church in Australia. The research seeks to understand the soul of Australia in 2020, pinpoint where spiritual growth is occurring and reveal key trends that will shape the church of the future. We’ve conducted 30 in-depth interviews with a diverse range of leaders of local churches, national denominations, and prominent Christian ministries from around Australia. The research also includes a national survey of churchgoing Christians to explore their experiences through COVID-19 and the shift to online services and livestreams. This rich set of insights has been distilled into a report that is hoped will spark important conversations for Christian leaders seeking to reach, serve and support Australians now and into the future.

This one-hour virtual event will feature two presentations from the McCrindle team and a panel discussion with three key Australian church leaders who participated in the study.
