Melissa Ghaphery is the Chief Operations Officer for Master Gage & Tool Co. She is an experienced Operations Executive with strong foundations in all areas of the business. She has years of business sales, sales management and learning development experience from her tenure in the telecommunications industry.

Melissa joined Master Gage & Tool Co. in 2012 as an outside sales associate and has spent the last 11 years optimizing and managing the customer and employee experiences through process improvements and daily operations management. As COO, Melissa leads by example and thrives on innovative solution development to meet company and customer needs.

Richard Engle

Creaform Account Manager: Mid-Atlantic Region

Rich Engle is the Creaform Account Manager for the Mid-Atlantic area, which consists of eastern PA, MD, DE, NJ, VA, WV and DC. He has been with Creaform since 2018 and used to cover the whole NE. He loves to educate those around him which has led to his success. He is a father of four young adults and loves to feed those around him with his cooking skills.

Dave Bell is the Creaform account manager covering the Carolinas and Georgia. Dave joined Creaform in late 2021 but he has been working in 3D scanning for over 20 years and has extensive experience in industrial metrology, reverse engineering, and custom application development.
