Chris joined Master Gage & Tool in 1993 as an inside sales associate. During his four-year inside sales tenure, Chris assumed additional responsibilities including ISO 9001 Coordinator as the Company first became ISO certified. After completing ISO 9001 Certification, Chris transitioned to an outside sales role starting in July 1997. Chris currently supports customers in Eastern NC/SC. He enjoys going on-site to customer’s facilities and learning about their methods and providing solutions to improve their manufacturing processes. When away from work, Chris loves spending time with his 2-year-old son, tennis, hiking, reading and college football.

Rob Patten
Nikon Metrology, Imaging Product Specialist, IM Products
Rob Patten is the Imaging Product Specialist for Nikon Metrology. He's based out of Brighton, MI, and supports all of North America for Nikon Metrology. He provides support and training for his customers and dealers before and after the sale of Nikon Hardware and Software. Before working at Nikon, he worked for Mager Scientific for 23 years as a sales rep and specialized in Nikon Microscopes and Imaging Systems. His entire career has been based around Microscopy, and he brings a vast knowledge of expertise involving Industrial Microscopy Imaging Systems. He enjoys helping customers choose the best system to fit their needs and budget. He also enjoys traveling, golf, gardening, college sports, fishing, reading and listening to a variety of music.

Garry Poirier
Nikon Metrology, SE Regional Sales Specialist
Garry Poirier is your local product expert. Based out of The Carolinas, he covers the Southeast area for Nikon Metrology. Before Nikon, he sold metallurgical equipment for Struers and Mager Scientific for 29 years in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. For the last seventeen years at Mager, he worked with Nikon, promoting and selling the microscope line; therefore, his main specialty is Nikon's line of Industrial Microscopes and Optical Measuring Systems. He enjoys traveling with his family, music, fishing, and mountain bike riding. With 29 years of experience preparing materials for microscopic evaluation, he's glad to be your product expert for the Southeastern region and help support MG&T with all your Nikon Metrology needs.
