Following the successful webinar in November 2025 which looked at teaching students in how to use artificial intelligence in useful, safe and ethical ways, this webinar will move the focus onto teachers and leaders by offering practical ideas and help for secondary school teachers and leaders in using AI to support them in their work.
We will begin by considering practical suggestions for how teachers and leaders can use AI across their roles and responsibilities.
We will then move into the teaching space and look at how teachers and leaders are using AI to design curriculum and support their teaching activities before considering how teachers can help students to use AI in the process of learning rather than focusing on the product of the learning.
The next stage of the webinar will look at different ideas that teachers and leaders have for using AI in assessment and feedback. What practice have they used, seen being used or heard about? The final element will consider how as teachers and leaders we can talk to parents about the benefits of their children using AI in their learning but also the things to be wary of.
This webinar has been planned and produced in partnership with our friends at Turnitin.
