Having spent years increasing the turnover of other companies, Christian then went on to run his own businesses. Deciding he needed a new challenge and wanting to give something back to the community Christian proceeded to work within the emergency services as a Police Officer.
During his 18-year career Christian worked in many areas of the business from firearms to community Policing.
Having gained in-depth knowledge of the emergency services and being a qualified trainer, Christian created Policing Solutions Group and is the owner and CEO providing strategic direction for analytical solutions to the emergency services.

Mandy has worked in leadership during her career in retail as well as policing. Having had a colourful retail journey, she brings a wealth of experience on target delivery and security. She has 15 years policing experience in several policing areas, providing a plethora of knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced in policing.
With her excellent customer service and as a qualified trainer, Mandy can use her skills to seek resolutions for service delivery, performance and wellbeing.

Kevin brings with him 35+ years of IT experience having been involved in significant large-scale transformation and end to end software delivery programmes.
Working at C- level both client and vendor side across many verticals. Kevin has gained valuable first-hand experience from both perspectives often in demanding and fast paced environments.

Business Development Director, Policing Solutions Group
Leon joined the PSG team in 2021 after successfully passing a rigorous interview process. He has 21 years of policing experience with specialisms in Counter Terrorism and Training. His training qualifications have taken him across the UK and Europe as a trainer of College of Policing accreditations.
Leon has held prominent positions within a number of leading UK healthcare providers and brokers. As an account manager, senior sales consultant, and underwriting analyst, he had responsibly for multi-million-pound international contracts, before deciding to give something back to society and joined the emergency services family. Leon is nationally accreditation to teach Paediatric and First Aid at Work packages across the UK and has continued his development of knowledge of a masters degree.

Nick has been with CallMiner for seven years, initially joining as a Business Analyst before becoming Analytics Manager and now Customer Success Director, focusing on enabling clients to get the most value out of speech analytics.
Prior to CallMiner he spent twelve years at Nottinghamshire Police as a Senior Intelligence Analyst and then Resource and Performance Manager within the Contact Management department.
Frank Sherlock is the VP for CallMiner International, responsible for expanding CallMiner customer footprint in the region
Based in the UK, Frank has been with CallMiner for 4 years, during which time we have seen significant business growth in the region. Frank holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunications engineering. He has worked in and around the contact centre and customer experience space for the last 20 years, including holding senior roles in companies such as Genesys, Intervoice, Convergys, SoundBite and CallMiner.
