    Tim Willoughby
    Head of Digital & Innovation, An Garda Síochána
    Tim is Head of Digital Services and Innovation in An Garda Síochána and is responsible for the Mobility Programme as well as Innovation and new and future directions in technology. Tim was formerly CTO of the LGMA, with over 20 years in a number of Senior Management and Technical Roles in the Local Government Sector. He has been working in the Public service for over 30 years. He has a Civil Engineering Degree from TCD and a Masters in Innovation from the University of Ulster.

    Fintan Brady
    Head of ICT Infrastructure, An Garda Síochána
    Fintan worked for 15 years in the private sector building, configuring and supporting mobile phone networks. He joined An Garda Síochána in 2008, working in a number of areas including networks, telephony, mobility, innovation and is now responsible for ICT Infrastructure. He’s currently focussed on implementing a new CAD system, new Datacentre infrastructure, and data network infrastructure, Unified Communications solutions and CCTV upgrades nationally.

    Martin Walsh
    Operations Manager, An Garda Síochána
    Martin joined An Garda Síochána in 1999 and is currently working in the Data Networks section with a focus on the new CAD project and the integrations associated with that as well as implementing a new Mapping solution for the organisation. Previous experience includes the rollout of the Tetra National Digital Radio System, the ICCS for the Regional Control Rooms. He has also been supporting the telephony and data network systems nationally. Recently he initiated the POC for in-vehicle WiFi that can be used by frontline officers. Using dual mobile carriers for the backhaul along with an amplifier, the objective is to improve the officers’ connectivity with key backend policing systems.
