About
As lockdown continues, we have all had to find our way through continual zoom, teams and skype video calls. But when it comes to starting a new role and communicating inductions, introducing to colleagues this is a whole new ballgame. Remote on boarding is not just a short term fix, post lockdown we may face phased office returns or rotational schedules, there are large cost savings to not having new starters travel to head offices to receive their induction.

We have gathered a panel who’s combined experience gives them unique experience in how best to induct and onboard colleagues remotely.
