About
Productivity, we didn’t know how lucky we were to be in an environment so comfortable for working, yet since late March we have been thrust into new working environments, adapting living space, creating new boundaries and dealing with new distractions. So how do we respond to this and adapt to be the most productive for our own workload and as a manager how should I deal with staff who feel less productive. We ask two leading experts in people and organisation to share their personal experiences and how they manage to promote productivity at home and across their organisation.
