In his role as Head of the Development and Special Projects he leads our work with some of the world’s most reputable development and investment companies, spanning FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies to new start-ups within emerging sectors. His work has included the recruitment for a series of C-Suite appointments across some of the largest developments in London. In his role as Head of Special Projects, Nicholas leads our most agile recruitment partnerships, aimed at equipping our clients with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in the current talent market.

HR Director
Craig is a leading HR Director and NED with 30+ years experience at organisations such as Sky, Bupa, BT, Aegis Media, Informa and The Crown Estate. His international HRD experience includes FTSE 100 PLCs, PE and privately-owned businesses, and public and third sector organisations. As MD of The Learning Loop, Craig provides HR services on an interim and consulting basis.

Fiona Anderson
Global Head-Human Resources
Currently, Fiona Anderson occupies the position of Global Head-Human Resources at Impax Asset Management Group Plc. In the past she was Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management (UK) LLP As well as senior HR roles with Cofunds, NYSE Euronext and Bank of NY. She received an MBA from the University of Bangor and a Masters degree from the University of East London in Applied Positive Psychology.

Roya Hekmatpanah
An ex-KPMG Manager and a Chartered Accountant Roya studied mindfulness with the best institutions globally - Oxford Mindfulness Centre and Bangor University's Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice. She is also a board member of The Mindfulness Network.
