During the Covid-19 pandemic, specialist performing arts colleges have undergone a steep learning curve to meet the task of planning, rehearsing and producing live performances that remain Covid-secure whilst also meeting learning outcomes and assessment requirements. This has of course presented a huge range of health and safety challenges and required meticulous planning, adaptability to ever-changing circumstances and ingenuity to achieve.

In this session Jo will give an overview of processes at Guildford School of Acting to deliver assessed productions. What have been the expected and unexpected issues, and how we have managed to continue to work effectively with our students whilst keeping everyone as safe as possible?
