Day 1, session 4 is from Gemma Fieldsend, Mental Health Consultant and Trainer, who will address the core considerations when providing that all important wellbeing support to staff, parent and carers.
In this session Gemma will cover the importance of addressing the wellbeing needs of both staff and parent/carers. Gemma will set the scene in the context of the pandemic; drawing on key findings. The session will highlight the importance of practicing self-care and provide tips and further resources.
