Day 1, Keynote 1 starts with a keynote address from the ADCS on the impact of the pandemic on local and national services.
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on children’s services creating both challenges and opportunities for children, families, and the services they rely on. Sara Tough, Chair of the ADCS Families, Communities and Young People Policy Committee, and DCS Norfolk County Council, has been invited to discuss what national and local recovery plans will look like. She will also highlight how services can work together to prevent the most vulnerable children and young people from slipping through the gaps in services that the pandemic has created.
