About
Most businesses already have WiFi. Far fewer have WiFi that works for everyone who needs to connect, and that gap is an opportunity for the partners who spot it.

Hardware margins are tighter than ever, and customers expect more from their network than a password on a sign. Guests want fast, simple access. IT teams want an end to shared staff WiFi passwords and the helpdesk tickets that come with them. Residents in student accommodation, build-to-rent and social housing want WiFi that feels like their own home network. Then there are the printers, smart TVs, sensors and other connected devices that can’t log in the way a person can. Each one is a different user with different needs, and customers often have to buy a different product for each.

In this live session, Kayleigh Jane, VP Product at Purple, explains how to get every type of WiFi user online, securely and simply. Drawing on Purple’s experience across more than 80,000 venues, she’ll walk through the different ways people and devices connect. That runs from simple guest login, to passwordless, certificate-based access for staff and residents, to unique xPSK credentials for devices that can’t use certificates.

Kayleigh will also show how partners can deliver all of this from a single, hardware-agnostic platform that works with the networks customers already have. That means no rip-and-replace, and one conversation that covers every user on the network. It’s how a one-off install becomes recurring revenue that grows with the account.

You’ll come away with practical ways to open these conversations, the questions that uncover demand, and a clear view of how to get every user online without adding complexity for your team.
