About
Energy costs, grid constraints and pressure to improve resilience are creating new challenges for UK manufacturers. However, many sites already have energy assets and operational flexibility that could help manage these risks and generate additional revenue.

In this webinar, Enel X will explain how manufacturers can connect flexible demand and assets such as refrigeration, compressors, onsite generation, battery storage and EV charging through a Virtual Power Plant (VPP). Delegates will learn how these assets can be coordinated across different energy markets, while keeping production requirements and operational control firmly in place.

Using practical examples, the session will explore where flexibility may exist within a manufacturing site, the commercial opportunities available and the steps involved in assessing whether a site is suitable.
