About
AI-powered avatar twins are increasingly popular among forward-thinking employers wanting to futureproof their organisations. It’s the trending approach to developing and deploying talent. Business insights company Gartner listed digitally replicating employees as one of its Future of Work Trends for 2026. But is it the right approach to best attract, develop, and deploy talent in the AI era?

In partnership with the London School of Economics (LSE), a world-leading and evidence-led university, our panel of senior HR leaders will offer advice and science-backed research to bolster the business case for balancing AI-enhanced approaches to talent management with human-first strategies.

This timely HR Lunchtime Debate will address:
• Common mistakes and assumptions that employers make when developing and deploying talent in the digital age;
• What the up-to-date talent management options and proven strategies are, for reimagining work in the AI era;
• How to blend digital and human talent to build the best team, and more.

Join us live in November for an engaging, future-focussed debate where you’ll also get the chance to put your own questions and comments to our panel.
