About
The pressure to achieve peak performance at work has never been higher. And building an organisational culture of sustained high performance – as very good HR leader well knows – takes a great deal of work.

Researchers for the employee experience and engagement platform Culture Amp found that highly engaged companies have 40% more high-performing employees. And high-performing leaders have 4.5 times more high-performing employees, according to Culture Amp’s findings published in April 2025.

But what does having a high-performance culture look like? And how exactly can HR professionals help organisations achieve that goal?

Join HR magazine’s Lunchtime Debate, in partnership with Culture Amp, to find out.

From 12.30pm on 24 September 2025, senior HR leaders will address:

• How to identify high-performing individuals and teams;
• Success strategies for building a high-performance culture;
• How to enable long-term productivity without burning people out; and more.
