About
HR is well-aware of the importance of a positive culture and the remarkable improvements in business performance this can lead to. But leaders need to make sure they are continuously innovating and looking for ways to improve organisational culture in order to recruit and retain the best talent.

This webinar will help HR boost its offerings by reassessing its current workplace culture and suggesting simple ways to improve.

It will explore:
• Employee perspectives on what they want from an organisation now and in the future
• Best practice examples of forward-thinking business cultures
• How to prove the link between culture and business performance to encourage buy-in
• How to make the right internal changes to not just keep up, but keep ahead

If you want to stand out from your competition as an employer of choice, sign up to the latest HR Lunchtime Debate, which will be streamed live on Wednesday 25 January at 12:30pm
