Ben Crandon is the Global UC & CC Solutions Specialist, and has been with Masergy for more than two and a half years. From the moment he arrived, Ben has demonstrated a strong skill-set in both voice solutions and the enterprise space, solidifying himself as an integral part of the Masergy team. Ben brings a tremendous amount of experience in the industry, having previously been a key figure in several telecommunications firms over the past 15 years, including British Telecom and Daisy Group. Because he has both the knowledge and experience to expertly tailor solutions to a wide range of customers and partners, Ben has been instrumental in expanding Masergy’s role within the world of Unified Communications. His technical expertise is, of course, due to his educational background, having received a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Havering College.
