About
Ever since the covid pandemic began, the HR profession has been in the middle of everything. From the sudden move to remote work, to ever-shifting hybrid and return-to-work plans, hiring freezes, to an indomitable job market and the possibility of recession. The only certainty has been an uncertain future.

It’s no wonder then that HR professionals are looking for ways to take control, and inevitably tech is offering a great solution.

That’s why our latest HR Lunchtime Debate, in partnership with Eightfold, looks at the solutions on offer to give HR greater efficiency and control, whatever the future brings.

It will explore:
• How to use tech to build confidence in HR and talent processes
• Using AI as a blind recruitment tool to prevent bias and improve selection
• How HR can prioritise its own wellbeing by streamlining processes

To find out how to take back control of your HR future, sign up to our live HR Lunchtime Debate on 20 September at 12:30pm.
