Mark Shraga is a serial entrepreneur who recently completed an earnout experience after selling New Star Networks (NSN) to Southern Comms Group (SCG) and found himself moving onto a learn-out experience. Mark’s experience creating solutions for customers and partners and handling change in a transformative marketplace has led him to develop an ongoing conversation around “Bandwidth for change”. Bandwidth for change is how people and technology are brought together in ways that enable them to manage change. That starts with literal bandwidth whilst freeing up capacity to optimise the working environment.
