About
Aerospace has faced a shortage of qualified Level II and Level III inspectors for several years. Companies spend money and time recruiting and training in this area every year. The MAI material affordability initiative formed a group that looked at ADR-assisted defect recognition.

During this presentation, we will discuss what has been done.
What is currently being done to solve this problem?
And who will need to be involved in driving the change, and what changes are needed.
