Emma Yearwood has spent nearly two decades in HR, undertaking various people roles across different industries ranging from manufacturing to retail and even within the fintech market.

Yearwood has postgraduate qualifications in strategic HR management and employment law and is a chartered fellow of the CIPD. She is also currently training as an executive coach as part of her drive to continually upskill.

At Pluxee UK, she specialises in employee and consumer engagement, creating and delivering initiatives on the wide range of HR and business interconnecting topics that drive the company's people agenda. Her main focus is on developing Pluxee’s organisational capability, enhancing the employee experience and enriching the overall culture.

Mark Grimley
Chief people officer and transformation expert
Mark Grimley is a seasoned chief people officer with impressive results in the turnaround of organisations with misaligned people functions and low employee engagement.

His focus on employee engagement and experience, as well as aligning policy frameworks to employee and organisational outcomes, has been central to his success across the public, private and third sectors over a 20-year career.

His most recent role at Government of Jersey, where he led on strategy and turnaround implementation, led to award-winning results. He was awarded HR Team of the Year in 2023 and the HR Excellence Award for Best Transformation Strategy in 2021.

He has also been recognised on HR magazine’s Most Influential practitioner list.

Natalie Ellis
HR consultant and founder of Rebox HR
Natalie Ellis began her HR career in 2007 working for Woolworths group and since then has worked for high profile organisations including ASOS.com and in 2020, set up her multi-award winning business, Rebox HR.

She is incredibly passionate about the world of work and small businesses. Her work centres around employers staying out of the HR hot water by being proactive with people management.

In her spare time, Ellis has a successful HR blog, features in national publications and was named as one of the UK’s Most Influential HR Practitioners by HR magazine in 2021.
