Martin Starkey holds a degree in Materials Science and Engineering and has spent the last 20 years working within Europe’s leading Tier 1s in the premium automotive, motorsport and defence sectors.

During his 20+ year career, his experience to date has been focused around the development and subsequent supply of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions in both ‘powertrain’ and ‘body in white’ sectors and has successfully delivered niche volume programmes with the likes of McLaren, Ferrari, Bugatti, Rolls Royce, Porsche, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo and Aston Martin.

Since 2019, Martin has been Managing Director of Ricardo Plc manufacturing division – Performance Products – with its production locations in Shoreham-by-Sea and Leamington Spa.

Anthony is currently Chief Executive Officer at CoM3D Ltd, a UK/Texas-based med-tech start-up focusing on drug and vaccine delivery systems. He is also Chief Strategy Officer of Isansys Lifecare Ltd and strategic advisor at Advanced Material Developments. Anthony also consults for Elephants Child, a UK-based growth advisory firm, and is non-Exec Chairman/Director of a number of high growth SMEs across various sectors: Cyber Security; PR; Construction; Professional Services; Healthcare and IT.
