About
As economies around the world grapple with the challenge of rapid decarbonisation, there is growing interest in the role that hydrogen will play in a number of different areas.

In this discussion, held in partnership with Bosch, we will focus on the world of mobility, and examine innovative applications of hydrogen across multiple transport sectors (from aircraft and cars, through to trains and HGVs).

The discussion - which will bring together panellists from a variety of different transport sectors - will explore the potential benefits of hydrogen, discuss the latest technical developments across different transportation sectors, examine the broader practical engineering challenges of transitioning to hydrogen, and explore whether lessons learned in one sector can be applied to another.

Key discussion areas / agenda
Benefits of hydrogen-fuelled transportation
Engineering challenges of hydrogen-fuelled propulsion
Associated hydrogen infrastructure challenges
Policy support for hydrogen transport
Cross-sector learnings
